Gatlinburg State Convention 2024

March 24th- March 27th

        STUDENT MUST BE COMPETING IN A COMPETITION
Register Here For State

-      Bring $125 by Jan 30th

-      Pay $125 by February 20^th

- FINAL PAYMENT OF $125 DUE ON March 12th 

-      Trip will cost $375 total  (Covers hotel, Transportation, registration, Dinner Show, substitute)

-      Bring official dress

-      Enough money for 11-12 Meals and any souvenirs

-      Bring all clothes toiletries and swimming suit

7:00 AM Leave From Collierville High School

12:00 PM Lunch on the road

 5:00 PM Supper at Dinner Show Hatfield and McCoy's 

9:00 PM Check into Country inn and suites 

Monday -

8:00 AM-12 PM Agriculture Issues

8:15AM Register for Convention

9:00 AM-11:00 AM First FFA Session

1:00-3:00 Agriculture Communications

1:30 AM-3:30 PM Second FFA Session

3:00 PM- Agriscience Fair Judging

6:30-8:30 PM Third FFA Session

Tuesday -

9:00 AM-11:00 Am Fourth FFA Session

1:30-3:30PM Fifth FFA Session

6:30-8:30 PM Sixth FFA Session (State Degree Presentations) 

Wednesday -

8:30-9:30 Seventh FFA Session

12:00 PM Leave Gatlinburg

12:00 PM Lunch on Road

6:30 PM Arrive Back at Collierville High School

Additional Things You Need to Know

-      Everyone will meet in front of the convention center 20 Minutes before session

-      Students will not be available to call during convention times

-      Students will be allowed to skip one session

-      Curfew is 11:00 PM

-      Students need to keep in groups of 3
